Customary Court of Appeal Headquarters – Utako

The Headquarters of the Customary Court of Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory is located at No. 36, P.O.W. Mafemi Crescent, Utako District, Abuja. This is the principal seat of the Court where most appellate hearings, original chieftaincy matters, probate registry functions, and administration of oaths are conducted.

The Utako Headquarters serves as the central administrative and judicial hub, coordinating the activities of the four Zonal Courts (Abaji, Bwari, Gwagwalada, and Kuje) and supervising the 43 Customary Courts spread across the six Area Councils of the FCT.
