Enforcement Department

Overview

The Enforcement Department is responsible for the execution and enforcement of judgments, orders, and decisions of the Customary Court of Appeal, FCT, as well as those from subordinate Customary Courts. It ensures that court rulings are implemented effectively, maintaining the authority and credibility of the judicial process.

The department handles the service of processes, execution of warrants, attachment of property, and other enforcement actions to give full effect to the Court's decisions.

Duties of the Enforcement Department

• Execution of court judgments, orders, and decrees

• Service of court processes and warrants

• Attachment and sale of property in enforcement of monetary judgments

• Coordination with law enforcement agencies for execution of orders

• Reporting and monitoring compliance with court directives

• Any other duty assigned to the Department
